The millwright services that Haskell would provide are considered industrial or construction millwright services.

These services include the scheduling and receiving of equipment at the facility and the associated unloading, staging, uncrating, hoisting, erecting, assembling, installing, aligning, and adjusting of the equipment so it is ready for connection to the supplied utilities.

• Plan – Staff – Schedule – Coordinate
• Identification/Labeling
• Receiving (first-in/first-out)
• Verification/Acceptance
• Rigging (optimize equipment & manpower)
• Establish equipment staging areas (on site & off site)
• Traffic/Access (site, building, doorways, etc.)
• Setting/Centering/Aligning/X-Y Datum Lines
• Transition to Sanitary Installation Services

Our approach is to work with our Client to:

• Define scope and expectations
• Put in place a management team and a pre-qualified group of regional and or process/packaging specific Millwright Partners
• Manage the Millwright effort to meet the specific project objectives in line with a master schedule
• Manage to an established budget/cost structure
• Maintain safety & security throughout the project
• Meet or exceed schedule and cost targets
