The Lodge at Ponte Vedra Beach presented a challenge to design and build a luxury resort on a restricted site in a residential context.

Haskell’s design for the 122,000 s.f. oceanfront resort provides all the 66 luxury guest rooms with an ocean view in an architectural style completely in tune with its surroundings.

Featuring two swimming pools, 150 seat restaurant, spa, conference rooms and underground parking the completed project succeeds in meeting the client’s needs and the demands of the location.
