This thirteen story, 330,000 s.f. office tower on the banks of the St. Johns river in downtown Jacksonville was designed by Cooper Carry & Associates. Featuring earth-tone, architectural, pre-cast panels and green horizontal glass bands it included underground parking for 450 vehicles.

Haskell were involved in site selection and tenant development, and performed the site development including extensive hardscape and landscape, off and on-site utility upgrades, and uninterruptible power supply.

Also included in the project was the renovation of a 110,000 s.f. data center and office building.
